ActiveCare™ Complete for Desktops
Our Complete solution for desktop systems. Building on the powerful basis established by ActiveCare™ Monitor, ActiveCare™ Complete adds a fully staffed U.S. based Service Desk for rapid help and support to end users in an efficient and effective manner. The Service Desk utilizes phone support as well as remote access tools as a part of the ActiveCare™ Software Platform. This service is available between 7:00am and 7:00pm Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
